OUR STORY

A third-generation farmer, founder Sam Martin is passionate about small, high-quality farming. 

Our story began in 2019, when Sam went on a personal quest to create really good, consistent beef. When his first attempt didn't quite meet his standards, he began breeding genetically superior cattle. This hobby quickly turned into an obsession that developed into a full-blown herd and an excess of incredible meat. Friends took notice and requests for meat poured in. Sam and his wife Alex realized that something special was happening.  

With a lot of passion and God’s grace, Martin Farms Beef was born.

Every cow is carefully bred, hand-raised, grass-fed and grain finished. Our cattle are humanely butchered locally, 21 day dry aged, carefully flash-frozen and vacuumed sealed at a local USDA inspected facility, then delivered directly to our partners.

Today, Martin Farms Beef is proud to offer the highest quality genetics and taste delivered to your door. We are reverting back to the way our grandparents used to do it—direct from our family farm to you!

I RECIEVED MY BEEF THIS WEEK AND LET ME SAY IT IS SO TASTY AND TENDER. FLAVOR LIKE I'VE NEVER HAD. I WILL DEFINITELY BE GETTING MORE.
