Quick questions,

quick answers

What breed of cattle do you raise?

We raise American Wagyu, a cross between registered Akaushi Wagyu and registered Angus cattle. This combination produces exceptional marbling and a rich, buttery flavor you won't find with conventional beef.

How are your cattle raised?

Our cattle are pasture-raised their entire lives, grass-fed and grain-finished, with absolutely no hormones or antibiotics — ever. Every animal is DNA tested with fully traceable bloodlines.

How is your beef processed and packaged?

Our beef is humanely processed at a USDA-inspected facility, dry aged, then vacuum sealed and flash frozen to lock in freshness and flavor.

Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?

We offer free local delivery within 20 miles of Barwick, GA (Quitman, Moultrie, Thomasville, Valdosta). For shipping, orders over $149 qualify for a $15 flat rate, and orders over $249 ship free.

What's the best way to cook American Wagyu beef?

We recommend cooking to medium-rare or medium (130–135°F) and keeping the seasoning simple — just sea salt and black pepper. Let it rest 5–10 minutes before slicing so the juices redistribute.

What is whipped tallow, and what's in it?

Whipped tallow is a rich, all-natural moisturizer made from the rendered fat of our own grass-fed cattle. Our ingredients are simple: beef tallow, organic jojoba oil, and organic essential oils — no synthetics, fillers, or preservatives.

Will your tallow products break me out or clog my pores?

Tallow is noncomedogenic, meaning it won't clog pores, and it closely resembles the natural oils in human skin. It's gentle enough for sensitive and acne-prone skin types.

How should I store and use whipped tallow?

Apply a small amount to damp skin — a little goes a long way. Use the included spatula or clean, dry hands, and keep water out of the jar since there are no preservatives.
