Refund policy
**RETURNS:**
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, as they cannot be restocked or resold.
- We guarantee delivery to the home address provided at the time of order placement.
- We cannot guarantee delivery to business addresses. If your package is delivered to a business that is closed, the courier will attempt delivery the following day, which could result in your order defrosting.

- Incorrect address provided or refusal to accept delivery
- Late delivery due to an incorrect address
