Our ribeye's are cut 1.5 inches thick and are weighing between 1.3-1.6 LBS. Below you will see the weight options as ounces, as you would order from a restaurant. 

Where it’s from:  The ribeye is always the most popular cut and a guarantee showstopper. The ribeye is a boneless cut taken from the rib section. It is a very tender cut, containing more marbling than other cuts.

What to us it for: Standalone steak

Cook: Hot and fast. The Ribeye is great grilled or pan-fried. It's delicious served with just a little salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning or marinade. Best cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F.
