American Wagyu Filet Steak

Filet's are the best of the best! It's a smaller cut that is as tender and flavorful as it gets. 

Where it’s from: Filet is cut from the tenderloin. It’s a strip of muscle that is just under the backbone and doesn’t get used very often, which is why it is so tender.

What to use it for: Standalone steak often served with veggies, potatoes and a salad. 

Cook: This steak is great grilled or pan seared. Because of its tenderness and flavor, this steak can easily be cooked rare- to well done.
