Sirloin steaks are typically on the leaner side, but our American Wagyu Sirloins should not be overlooked! They are not your typical sirloin, and are a very tender and delicious steak option.
Where it’s from: The Sirloin steak is from the Top Sirloin, while the Bottom Sirloin provides cuts like Tri-Tip and Sirloin Bavette, which are good for roasting or grilling.
What it’s used for: Standalone steak often served with veggies, potatoes and a salad.
Cook: Hot and Fast. Sirloin is great grilled or pan-fried, served with just a little salt and pepper. Best cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F.
