If you have never had a Wagyu burger and are wondering if there is a difference, there definitely is! The intramuscular fat in Wagyu is known for it's buttery flavor, and makes for an absolutely delicious burger!
Where it’s from: Ground Beef comes from all over the cow. We have chosen a leaner fat content because when you have well marbled animals that already have more intramuscular fat, there isn’t that need to pull as much of the outer layer of saturated fat.
What it’s used for: Hamburgers, meatloaf, casseroles, soups, etc.
Cook: Ground Beef is super versatile, and the options are almost endless.
Our ground beef is 85/15 and is in one-pound packs.
